Service conditions

1. Scope

These Service Conditions apply to private fitness and wellness services arranged through Ibiza Personal Trainers.

The specific service, location, duration, professional assigned, price and other relevant conditions will be communicated to the client before confirmation.

2. Bookings

All sessions are subject to availability.

A booking is considered confirmed once Ibiza Personal Trainers has expressly confirmed the requested date, time, location and service and, where applicable, the required payment has been received.

3. Locations

Services may be provided at private villas, hotels, private residences, outdoor locations or other agreed locations in Ibiza.

The client is responsible for ensuring that the agreed location is accessible and suitable for the booked activity.

Certain locations may involve additional travel requirements or costs. Where applicable, these will be communicated before confirmation.

4. Prices and Payment

The applicable price will be communicated before the booking is confirmed.

Payment may be required in advance depending on the service, package or booking conditions.

Where legally applicable, taxes will be applied in accordance with Spanish legislation.

5. Packages

Where a package of several sessions is purchased, its validity period and specific conditions will be communicated at the time of purchase.

Packages are personal and non-transferable unless otherwise expressly agreed.

Unused sessions after the applicable validity period may expire.

6. Cancellation Policy

Cancellations or changes must be communicated at least 24 hours before the scheduled session.

Sessions cancelled with less than 24 hours’ notice may be charged in full or deducted from the client’s package.

In cases of exceptional circumstances, Ibiza Personal Trainers may assess the situation individually.

7. Late Arrival

Sessions begin at the agreed time.

If the client arrives late or is unavailable at the agreed starting time, the session may still finish at the originally scheduled end time so as not to affect subsequent bookings.

8. Health and Safety

Clients are responsible for informing the assigned professional of any relevant physical limitation, injury, pregnancy, medical recommendation or other circumstance that may affect their ability to participate safely in the activity.

Where appropriate, clients may be advised to obtain medical clearance before participating.

The professional may adapt, postpone or stop a session where reasonably necessary for safety.

9. Minors

Services involving minors must be booked or authorised by a parent or legal guardian.

A responsible adult may be required to be present depending on the age of the child, the activity and the circumstances of the booking.

10. Professionals

Depending on the requested service, Ibiza Personal Trainers may arrange for the session to be delivered by an appropriately selected professional within its network of trainers and wellness professionals.

The professional assigned may vary according to availability, location, speciality and the client’s requirements.

11. Weather and Outdoor Sessions

Outdoor sessions may need to be modified, relocated or rescheduled where weather or environmental conditions make the planned activity unsuitable or unsafe.

12. Client Conduct

Clients are expected to behave respectfully towards professionals and other participants.

Ibiza Personal Trainers reserves the right to terminate or refuse a service in cases of inappropriate, abusive or unsafe behaviour.

13. Changes or Cancellations by Ibiza Personal Trainers

Where a session cannot be delivered due to illness, unforeseen circumstances or other causes beyond reasonable control, Ibiza Personal Trainers will endeavour to offer an alternative professional, date or time.

Where no reasonable alternative can be provided, any amount paid specifically for the affected service will be handled in accordance with the applicable booking conditions and consumer legislation.

14. Applicable Law

These conditions are governed by Spanish law, without prejudice to any mandatory rights that consumers may have under applicable consumer protection legislation.
